I went to C & D web site and they look good IMO , I hope you can get your Savannahs in the sun soon and send us pictures and maybe Paige will post pictures of how she spoils her Savannahs outdoors in their enclosure so I can get ideas.

Paige if you have a outdoor enclosure please post some pic's so we can see how you spoil your Savannah's

I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund for non-delivery of goods. I also sent a formal email to OptionsPlus notifying them that I had done so and canceling my order. UGH! I wanted to be setting up the enclosure this weekend, not writing hate-mail!

You did the right thing, IF I can help let me know.

Hi all.....here is an update:

I have continued to try to contact OptionsPlus daily but they have not answered. I filed a complaint with BBB and asked my CC company to stop payment.

Last Thursday, I sent an inquiry to C&D and Scott gave me a quote on Friday. The price was 23-30% higher than OptionsPlus but still reasonable. I called him up Monday to place an order. No answer. Uh oh. Then I looked up where Petaluma, CA is and found that it is in Sonoma County....where they had an earthquake on Sunday. Double uh oh! I tried again on Monday afternoon and Scott answered. Yippee! We went thru a few details - I need the height to be above 7' to accomodate the door frame but less than 7'-3" because of the roof overhang so it needs to be a custom enclosure. I placed the order Monday afternoon. He asked me to get back to him regarding the location of a brace for the roof as this is a largish enclosure 12' wide by 8' deep.

I forgot to check it out when I got home. Things got crazy on Tuesday and I forgot to contact him. I called on Wednesday late morning......and he had it crated! Huh? In 2 days he had the whole thing built, partially dismantled and crated?! Wow! The roof has the shade cloth already attached so it's not like he could just use it for someone else's enclosure.We figured out alternative ways to support the roof as he had built it the way we had discussed since I had not gotten back to him. The catio is on it's way and I may even get started on it this weekend!

That is so cool that you are finally getting your enclosure, and in record time! Of course we will all be anxiously awaiting pics of the finished project once you have it constructed.
