Can you not get your refund from your credit card company? As Cary says try not to let it stress you out - easier said I know! Look forward to setting up your enclosure and seeing your babies enjoying their new play area :)

And yes chairs are for me!! ;)

It's great to hear you finally got your enclosure Rafiki , your cats will love the outdoors, let them burn up their extra energy outside. Keep the pressure on Optionsplus , if they bankrupt it will wipe out all their debt ,can your credit card company do something , I know they have a legal team for this type of theft.
Evie your enclosure looks nice and I would like to expand also.

Thank you, it's great to be able to give them time outside. Not sure how long they will have to wait for the extension though!! :)

I did file a claim with my credit card company so I do have hope. At this point, there isn't much that I can do so I will focus on getting our C&D enclosure up and furnished. Oh boy! Another reason to buy MORE cat stuff! Finding outdoor-friendly trees and such has been a bit of a challenge. I am thinking about contacting Phoenix Cat Furniture and having him do one with outdoor carpeting - his trees are made from driftwood so the carpet is the only thing I have to be concerned with.

What are some cat favorites in your enclosures?

So cruel of you to force them into that tiny little enclosure that they so obviously hate! LOL. Those are 2 relaxed looking boys!

I know you will make a great enclosure and I know it was planned to be built earlier than this but at least now it's build it time , make it fun for them, our cats love to play in the water, water flowing or running over rocks attracts them, a fountain may work and instead of carpet would astro turf do better ? cats love to hide as Cody does in the last video coming out of the ground cover, also they love to climb and that is a weak issue on my enclosure , I need to take the chainsaw for a walk in the woods. I know you will build something special and I will love to see your super spoiled cats enclosure along with the rest of us here, your last question , cat favorites in my enclosure, mice, chipmunks, birds, frogs, moths anything that gets in , it's the Serval in them and love to hunt, the nearby woods attracts small animals to the thick cover in our cats enclosure .

So where do you purchase these mice, chipmunks, birds, frogs, moths? LOL

We do have a pond and waterfall just beyond the deck that attracts all sorts of critters. When we were walking the cats up the hillside last weekend we noticed a very well-developed path that leads from the canyon down to the pond. I just don't know if anything will actually visit the enclosure. Rafiki caught but lost yet another lizard last weekend. So far, her confirmed kills are still only of the bug-variety.
