BTW, have you been taking Sorte out in a carrier/in the car at all? I think it was discussed earlier that murmurs can become more pronounced under stress, so getting him used to car rides and going places (e.g., PetsMart) ahead of time might help him stay calm at the vets, once you do take hm there.

In the crate, going outside for walks, yes. He loves his crate. He starts purring immediately when he's in there and just lays down. No other car rides yet though.

Hahaha, that's what I thought! Maybe it still has old smells from the breeders house, or brings back good memories for him.. ;-) lol! Or, he could just love his little cave.

I don't see why you couldn't do that. You have to know his DOB and the brought home date a plus couple other points of information, but as long as you know for a fact you are getting him it might be good.

I've looked into it and a couple of the pet insurance companies have information on how to do so before you get your pet so it's definitely possible and done by other owners. Try looking at their sites and F.A.Qs or call them for more details. I looked to link but having trouble on my phone.

Thats what i was thinking Paul. Because it takes a month for it to kick in right? So it would be nice to have available already.
