Please pray for my baby

I am so stressed out!

The last day or two he has had a loss in appetite and his stomach seems bloated. I came home the other night and he had destroyed 2 cords of mine... He chewed them into tiny pieces and I pray that he did not ingest any of them. I am taking him to the vet after work tonight and I just want people to pray for him! I hope it's not serious!!

This is a parents worst nightmare! I prayed for your baby. Any update?

Letting this serve as a reminder to wipe all the cords down this morning with apple vinegar.

I really hope AprilAnn's cat is doing better and worry has been displaced by her cat's return to good health.

I made a recent post in relation to this one. Bad news... I spent $800 at the vet and although they found no objects in his belly, they have fully diagnosed him with FIP. Being that we was in a single cat household he contracted this at a very early age at the cattery I got him from... And it is just now catching up with him.

AprilAnn, sorry to hear that. Never had any experience with that, and I have had cats since the 1970s. Is it a manageable thing, like diabetes?

So sorry to hear the news. Hopefully you've been in contact with the breeder so they can have their other cats tested and they are working with you. Someone had mentioned that there are some experimental treatments out there in another thread, just unsure of how much hope that brings. My thoughts are certainly with you and my heart aches for the decisions you face.
