Nope. Not kidding. He will reach heights only if he has a way to climb. He will jump distances horizontally, such as between the cat tree and the breakfast bar -- about 5 feet but he is very hesitant to jump vertically. He's a late bloomer.

Well Dino is carrying about 30% less weight than Atticus, making him pretty light on his feet. He's definitely long and skinny at just a hair under 5 lbs but 12.5" at the shoulder. He definitely does some vertical maneuvering and I think he's jumping straight up to the top of his condo/crate at about 4'.

OK, Dino has now taken to drowning his Monkey before bringing it to me. I had thought it was just an accident the first two times he woke me up with his wet monkey, but now it appears that he with intent and purpose gives the monkey a good drink before he brings him around.

Perhaps it's some sort of primitive cantina so he doesn't need to retreat to his water bowl. Whatever it is not welcomed much at 4am by me and a whole lot less by Trish. The good news, is the baptism isn't occurring at the porcelain altar as that would put a quick end to Dino's bestie.

I hope his source of dipping water is not the Porcelain Thrown so to speak..

Azidi can jump from the floor to the top of a 6 foot cabinet in one smooth move. Kilifi is good for almost 5 feet.
Savannahs are amazing.

And J.P. My Kilifi is the same height as Dino and weighs 9 lbs. He is a light weight and is gonna be a BIG boy when he grows up.

I'm taking Atticus to the vet tomorrow for a weigh in. Dino is taller than Atticus by an inch which would account some for the difference in weight. Atticus is 11.5" at the shoulder and 14" from base of neck to base of tail. He resembles a spotted dachshund because he is longer than he is tall.

Hmmm, chest to rump Dino is an inch shorter than Atticus, although he wasn't cooperating much on the measurements. Chongo was long like Atticus, as if they had put an extra 3" extension on his torso.

He's making good work of his food now, about 10ozs of raw per day, splitting time between chicken, duck and rabbit.

LOL, I gave up on Elsa Measurements... But I still do her weights! She mostly cooperates with me on that one.
