Pull baby teeth?

My Vet is suggesting that I have Mikas baby teeth removed while she is getting spayed. He said this is done to allow new teeth to come in. Does this sound right?
Hi. I have a Mika too! She's only 7 months and I think all her baby teeth fell out already. She did have the shark teeth for a few days. But I wouldn't pull them out for no reason

So what is the status of her adult teeth? Are some/most in place? Does she have any sharks teeth?

My savannah had the sharks teeth for over a week and had no issues. Her adult teeth were completely in at around 9 months. My pixie bob had issues with his molars coming in. They took a year to fully emerge and have his gums settle down.

When I picked her up yesterday they said all her adult teeth were in.
