Purchasing an older cat

She's on her way back to mom's! So pretty. Mom says she pooped in the cage immediately, so she had to clean that up; little girl her sauntered out of the cage and rolled around in the back of the van, and then when my mom helped to usher her back into the carrier, little girl said "HIISSSSSSSS GRRRRRRRRWLLLL" but got right back in without a problem. Obviously just making her discontent apparent to her chauffeur!

So far, so good!

F1s tend to hiss and growl as communication so don't be put off by such "attitude". Good luck with all the transition. It will be somewhat hard on her but what is done is done. This list is always open for questions.

That's pretty mild considering that it was a strange van and strange person and she'd just been in a big scary plane! I think that is a very good sign!

Well, she was picked up by car, so no plane. But still... 10 hrs in a car with strange smelling people is pretty scary too!

She got back to my mom's house and in her room; my stepdad got a hiss when he said hello to her, but she's already coming out and running around the room exploring when my mom is sitting in there; mom said she is brushing up against her legs when she's running around so I take that as a very good sign too. She's beautiful. I'll post more pics when my mom sends them. tkymasters, PM sent. Thank you!

^^Had to lighten the pic enormously; mom tried to shoot a video and it's very dark but you can see she's checking stuff out. She's a much more golden color IRL. This is immediately after she got into her room yesterday. She is very curious, that's for sure.
