Exactly. Speaking of how well trained our cats have us, I can now turn over in bed by lifting my leg over my head and contorting my torso in such a way as to not disturb those who are glued to me. Increased flexibility, even if involuntary, is one advantage of being savannah owned.
Cat-less...a fate worse than death. I actually prefer to sleep without the cats, they always manage to wake me up. Now more than ever with Rio and her VERY rambunctious children in our room.
Good ones. Don't forget speed and reflexes. I can now outrun the cats to the bathroom. And I can catch my coffee cup with one hand before it hits the floor and turn the page in the newspaper with the same arm that is pushing a cat away from my plate. Whaddaya know, we've been training for the Feline Olympics and didn't even know it.
You get to read the newspaper with a cat nearby? I'm impressed. And jealous. Xumi doesn't let me read anything except my Kindle, sometimes. I have fond memories of newspapers, magazines and books.
