Yes she is blue spotted. And yes very silky and shiny lol. I did a bit of reading when I first got here and apparently the shimmering coat is more of a Bengal trait than Savannah but I didn't research further.

Her name is Meilikki. After the Finnish goddess of hunting and healing. Because I needed a good mouser at the time and I figured a Savannah would be good for that, and I quit smoking in order to afford her, so she healed me.

She's very beautiful, yes the glitter in the coat is definitely attributed to the Bengal breed, it's my understanding that Bengals are often used in the gene pool.
I've always admired the blue savs, don't really see to many of them but when you do they are a wonderful sight to see.
