The addiction! it's like Pokemon gotta adopt em all lol. I know one day I'm going to want a Loki jr. To play with him. But the voice of reason has to kick in as remind me I have three "kids" already and can't give many more pets as much attention.

Oh, I know! Technically, I just have Zeddie and Tia (my Grey) so maybe one day when I move out. I don't think I can love another cat like I love Zeddie though...she is something special

Oh, yeah, uh... err.. well, many of us have said that at one time....... and now have a houseful of these spotted furballs. (The rest of us will just hang around for a while and see how well this works out for you....:p)

She really is!! and once I have my own home with plenty of room I will probably have more kids. But for now ill just keep telling myself that and enjoying and cherishing the ones I have. maybe you should do what I do and find animals that need to be adopted and pawn them off on your friends lol. I have so many nieces and nephews haha. I can't stand seeing an animal go to a shelter so I try my best to help find good homes

At least saying that helps postpone the inevitable as a result we still have less animals than we would have had if we didnt contain ourselves lol. If I could run a petting zoo I would. I think what I'll do is move to Alaska and start a homestead and dog sledding team that way I can justify having a bunch of animals on one plot of land. And less neighbors to judge me haha

LOL!! That is exactly what I do! Because I work in the vet I see homeless babies all the time. And, of course it is kitten season. I am pretty sure the next orphaned baby is coming home with me.....to be fostered of course.

That is so great that you have the ability to foster. I would love to do it if my landlord would have permit. But he is a bit of a grinch. He trusts me because I keep my house immaculate but considering he usually doesn't let any pets and I have two bunnies as a cat he's being generous enough. you are such a big hearted person Kristin. tons of love for the animals you keep =]

My obsession with animals is a bit much and I can admit it haha. But I can't stand to see any mistreatment of animals. I fostered twice years ago, and got my heart broken both times. I just took a dog in a few weeks ago, but he found a home in hours. Now my parents are more lenient to fostering animals. Apparently good foster homes are hard to come by...

Ziggy, F2 male, 12.5lbs on Friday, just 3yo last Thursday, 15" at shoulder, 19"~ long, can reach 46"+ standing on two feet and stretching...

Ziggy has been 13+lbs, he's down a bit, new home, new food, a cold, and our underestimates on how much food he needs all probably caused him to lose a bit. We're actively working to get more fluids and food in him, and he's starting to feel better. I think he'd look good at anything up to 15lbs. He sure looks far larger than any 15lb cat I've ever lived with already.
Yes, Savannahs do tend to look larger than their weight would seem to say. Most people by looking at their Savannah would overestimate what they weigh...and this deceptiveness in weight is a good thing! Much better that they weigh less than they look :)

Here are the latest weights for Yuki, And Yeti.

Yuki is being extremely finicky and picky about food. She eats, but not a lot at any time. If I have something for myself, she takes plenty of time to try and get into it. Getting to the point, she weighs about 9 and a half lbs., down half a pound from her peak weight, which I felt was a little above her ideal weight. Still very active and in great health.

Yeti has reached 11lbs. He eats just fine, and is also in great health.

Paz is still 16lbs, back up to it after a half pound loss. I think he and Yuki trade it on a schedule.
