A kitten not eating with that great of a weight loss is a serious situation. I would not wait until Thursday if she is not better, but insist on an xray and if that's not revealing then a barium swallow to assess for blockage. If that is also negative then a battery of blood test and cultures is in order (CBC, chemistries, diarrhea panel). Your vet can give you a syringe to feed her, or you can ask at a pharmacy for a 10cc syringe - explain what it is for and I'm sure they will be happy to help you out.
It's very important that she not get dehydrated or go too long without eating. You can also syringe feed her (human) baby food such as Beechnut stage one that ONLY has chicken and water, no other additives especially no garlic or onion.
I hope your baby starts to feel better soon - keep us posted!
