I just watched Animal Planet this side of the Atlantic, a programme "all about cats" featuring (this episode) Savannah, sphynx, and some others. The savannah, I now know, is the largest breed, weighing up to 30 lbs, and retains a lot of the wild animal, and is definitely not a first cat for a family as it is very demanding. And a lot of other nonsense... They even managed to sneak in a picture of an ALC as progenitor.
