Looks like a bee sting and likely inside her mouth as opposed to outside on her cheek. Our girl can't seem to keep away from them and has pretty bad allergic reactions. I'm pretty sure the vet gives her an antihistamine shot and she is better within 48 hours. Thus far she has only been stung on her pads or in the mouth and from my understanding it's pretty rare that they get stung where fur is present.
Also, and you are pretty far away from this making a difference, it's important to find the stinger as quickly as possible. Never use tweezers to remove them as this just squeezes what ever poison is left in the stinger in. Best to use a sterilized needle to in essence scrape it off. I only know of this as I've been stung more times than I can count at my grandparents home who had plenty of imported Italian honey bees and unlike normal honey bees they will track you more than 3x as far as the domestic ones. Fortunately I don't have any serious reaction to them unlike my sister who needs to go straight to the hospital.
