Oh, so you want the judge job? You say he is guilty. And when you worked, did you go to the district attorney with the same amount of evidence you have in this case? I don't think so. You have Witchy's word.... She says her husband discovered it.... and Bratticus is nowhere to be found. Witchy admits to no evidence other than her claim, and she claims she was at least half asleep at the time of the discovery. Counselor Campbell lives and breaths for cases like this. I find it most interesting that in this instance, other forum members are coming to the defense of Atticus (Patti, tdbradin, Nikkia, and of course Mr. No Cat Is Guilty of Savandalism John Campbell.). This should make you at least stop for a moment and take a second look at this event.

Oh lord. Just like the judges I had to deal with then. One of the main reasons I quit the cop shop was the liberal judges. We needed judges who did not set the guilty free. Her being half asleep has no bearing on the incident. True it was not witnessed, but few crimes are. AND, although I say he is guilty, I am saying he should be exonerated, as it is nature for him to want to disassemble machinery. He is a boy, after all.

With my police experience, I would say it WAS Atticus. Once a Savandal, always a Savandal. Just like a burglar, there is NO rehabilitation. BUT, as I say it should be ignored and forgiven. It is a natural "boy thing" to figure out how machines work. He is guilty, but circumstances are extenuating.

It has not been proven that Atticus is a Savnadal.. He has always been a good loving innocent boy!

You being from the history of being a cop is Innocent until proven guilty.... To proceed with this case we need 100 percent solid evidence, and WitchyWoman has already admitted to distrubing the crime scene... We need finger (I mean Paw Prints), and so forth,

Your Honable RascalDad, My Client will plead NOT Guilty when the case comes to court... Just for the record. My client has been an upstanding member of the community and has never had accusations proven against him in this court.
