So happy things are going so well Deb. He has his Motis operandi down perfectly. :)
BUT Please Please Please make sure he is not taking a liking to electrical cords. I lost a wonderful Tabby boy about 15 years ago due to electrocution. It tears one's heart out.

Thanks Pam. It is imperative our babies be taught not to chew ANY cables.
It was terrible. Willie chewed the cord on the alarm clock, was zapped, walked across the room and died. The electricity had stopped his heart and he was trying to get to his favorite spot in the kitty tree before he collapsed. Happened in the night, found him the next day. First kitty we ever had die at home. And first accident.

Elsa used to grab cables all the time.. Now she rarely does... She knows that I have been mean about it (note: not abusive, mean from her point of view)... Occasionally she will grab a CAT 5 cable, or a Low Voltage camera cable, but nothing that can hurt her. I still fuss at her for that though.

Yeah They don't know Cat 5 from coax or audio. And although those won't hurt them, power will and all those look the same to a little chew monster. Best to stop them chewing all cables. My spray bottle of water works like a champ.

A little scolding stops her in her path... So far, she has only ruined 1 cable (computer headphones) and that was a month an dhalf ago.. Now she will walk by them... Put her paws on them and sniff them, but I have not caught her or seen evidence of her chewing on any.... She knows she gets in trouble... That is one thing she has learned... But she still likes to jump on the counters.
