The defense would also like to know how many grams before and after the act. We will need that info. If you could authorize a subpoena for this information it will help for when we actually get to the court date and minimize any delays in processing. My Client Atticus needs to get this behind him as soon as possible because he does not want the reputation of being a thief and get a record that may haunt him in the future.

The defense thanks the court for granting this motion.... We need to know the exact amount that was consumed, so if we know the exact volume by weight, we know how much actually went missing... The Defense would like to ask for this in Grams since it is a more accurate measurement than ounces.
