He is one gorgeous boy! And I'm glad he is so loving and gentle...he must have been well socialized :)

Atticus is looking good! I wonder if his eyes glow different colors at night? Our girl pixie with a blue and a green eye had one eye that glowed red and the other glowed green.

Also, just a note that Dino has given up on all his toys and decided he likes playing with ice cubes the best. I'm sure Atticus will enjoy ice cubes every bit as much.

The eye that is darker is the one that was injured. There's a bit of scar tissue in it and it reflects white which looks like he has a cataract in some pictures when the flash is used. It reflects white a night too. His pupil response is normal and he can see out if it but the vet thinks it's odd that it didn't change color.

Atticus doesn't like ice cubes all that much. He'll play with them a bit but quickly loses interest. I haven't tried putting them in his swimming pool. I bet he'd like chasing them around in the water. Will have to try that.

I did not know Atticus had injured an eye. AWW. I am glad he can see out of it, and it is mostly cosmetic. ;)

Sorry about Atticus's eye injury... By watching him play, you would never know, and I would have never guessed... Sorry to hear about that... When did that happen??

He arrived with injury. As soon as they brought him off the plane I could see that he was squinting. I was hoping it was due air conditions in cargo. Unfortunately it turned out to be a tear on the cornea that I'm convinced happened due to how his crate was handled during the trip. He didn't have the injury when he left the breeder. It was a pretty long but shallow tear and thankfully it healed after 2 weeks of eyedrops.
