He likes to steal sponges. He never plays with them, he just hides them from me -- under the sofa, under the bed, in the dirty laundry basket….

I hope they are not soaked when he hides them uner the sofa or bed

Don't worry Cary, Both rolls will show up in due time... However, when you get them back they may have a some what different appearance...

My solution with Elsa that has worked, is I gave her, her very own roll in both bathrooms that I use... When I am in there, she plays with hers and leaves mine alone... This has been working now for about a month and a half or so...

No John. I mean lost.. Due to descruction. They BOTH did show up with little teeth marks all over and unrolled all over the bathroom floor and counter.
When I am in there, he is ok. He leaves them alone. It is when I am NOT there. And the eveidence is dental imprerssions that match a little F2 boy kitten, and NOT an F5 girl cat. Regie has one broken upper baby fang. And the impression matches. I think I have a little Atticus in the making. "NO NO" is a common phrase in my house of late. BUT I still love him.

Well keep in mind, I only said it would show back up.. I never said in what way, shape, form, qty of pieces... ETC.. If you have a garbage bag full of remains of what was on a roll, it is still your roll of toilet paper... Example When you break a glass, you still have the glass, just not in one piece any longer...

I never said he listens...Just that it is said a lot. LOL If I tell him "NO" then grab him, he is a wiggle tail and cannot be held onto. That is about the only response to "NO". "NO, not gonna hold me...HUMAN!"
