The Atticus Diaries

Poor Maliik endured an hour of drapery ambush with great patience. I could hear the drapes creaking on the rods from the living room. When I went to bed, it continued for another 45 minutes. When I tried to convince Atticus that it was time for bed, he got cheeky and thus lost his bedroom privileges. In this short piece, he jumped out of the drape with no reaction from Maliik so tried ear biting to get attention. Then one of the other cats came in the room and he forgot about Maliik. Attention span of a gnat.

The bratty Golden One, using the magic Drapes of Invisibility, attempts to thwart the sleep of the Silver Elder. Kids ain't got no respect these days:big grin:

I can see that two boys play a lot rougher than an boy and a girl.

Will there be a sequel?
Oh trust me, that does not constitute rough play here. That is more like foreplay, LOL. When the 3 big ones play, the house shakes. All 4 of them are big time chuffers and when they are in the middle of a wrestling match the loud chuffs sound like a gang of asthmatics. All that wheezing and snorting is pretty funny.

Unfortunately for me, a sequel with variations plays every night at bedtime. For months, those drapes did not interest Atticus and now....
