Ugh. Why do they do the cute stuff when the camera isn't rolling? I've been trying to video him when he makes his birdie alert chatter because it's much hoarser sounding than the other cats. Caught just a snippet of it here

Wow! If I heard that in the wild I'd be frantically looking for a leopard or other large cat! A sign Atticus still has growing to do--he needs to grow into his voice!

Mother Nature has a wicked sense of humor. Every large cat I've had has had a squeaky little voice and the small cats very loud ones. Taji, our smallest, has the loudest voice. Maliik can barely make a sound and when he does, it sounds like a warble. Atticus's voice definitely still sounds kittenish and is quite melodious. Will try to capture on vid also. If only he would cooperate.

There's an inverse relationship here as well--Oni has the deep and varied voice, Ziggy is a one-note band, and it's a medium note, with just a bit of tremolo when he's happy.

I just couldn't resist teasing you once again over how large your North America Spotted Moose will get.

Perhaps we should establish a betting pool for his height, weight, and length on 2/16/16. Losers get nothing; winner gets to pay for a years' worth of Atticus's food. LOL.

How about you start things off with your own $100 bet!
That would be cheating since I can measure him and the rest of you won't have a clue. So to make it easy, I'll drop the money from the equation (for me, not the rest of you :p)

Weight: 24 lbs
Height at shoulder: 19"
Torso length: 22"
