But is one of those a female in heat? If so pop HER in a crate in a bottom floor room & close the door while opening the window... just a thought; it is springtime; neutered or not...

I'm guessing your neighbor is feeding Odin, if not then someone else is. That's where I'd start - cut off the food supply and only make food available in the traps.

Yeah the guy is feeding all the wildlife there which is why the skunks and fox are there. I was bummed when he told me he put food out for eveyone last. I will try to clue him in ;)
