Witchy Woman gave good advice. You do short supervised visits. At first, you bring him into the room and see how they do together. You remove him if there is any aggression. When you want her to check out the house, you lock HIM up in Her room while she investigates. When she comes back to her safe area, he gets kicked out again. This part of the process will probably go quickly if they are already meowing and playing footsies under the door.

Like I said before they are fine together, meaning no aggression. The problem was only ever him dominating her by putting himself first. Using both litter boxes, taking her bed, punking her out of her food if he wanted any, etc. This has not changed, and it doesn't seem like there is anything I can do about it. Aside from that, they love each other, and play great - never any aggression.

I just glanced at the list and saw a few alarming ingredients such as Peppermint (thank you John Popp for letting us know about this one!), Geranium oil and Tea Tree oil. Pennyroyal and Lemongrass may be safe for cats but the concentrated oil can be toxic.

Also, the first remedy involves a candle. We only have fake candles in the house, nothing with fire.

I have heard Tea Tree oil is not good too.

One of the big issues with that list is that it is for "pets". Many of these ingredients are dog-safe, just not cat-safe.

Yes Tea Tree oil in ok if diluted to almost non-existent quantities. But in high concentrations, can kill cats.

I would definitely stay away from the tea oil, according to a site I read, as little as seven drops of tea tree oil have been reported to kill a cat. Boric acid also makes me nervous, but only because I don't know if it's safe or not. The methods I believe are definitely safe are numbers 1,2, and 5.

BTW - interesting turn of events tonight. He tried to punk her, and i punked him. She went to the top of the tree, he tried to kick her off, even though he never goes there, so I grabbed him and caged him for 5 minutes. The look on her face was priceless. Immediately when I let him out and they played she had a confidence I have never seen, and when they play she will dominate him back.... Now things seem much more even. But to watch her watch me, and him and the whole thing was crazy. Very intriguing. Thanks again for all your support!!!! Things are finally looking up. She still won't let us touch her, but are getting the edible flea medicine, and can accommodate the rest.......

I'm a relatively new member and was just reading this sad thread. I'm curious how the quarantine has worked and whether you still have her?
My female was very much the same when I first brought her home (minus the urination, thank goodness) but she was the only cat I got and I had more space to quarantine her. That being said, my mistake had clearly been not giving her a small enough space to acclimate to my house or myself. I coaxed her into a smaller room with playing. She was so playful that she often could forget her fear when I got a wand toy moving slightly and would chase it eagerly.
Anyway, I've gotten distracted and not a lot of that pertains to your exact situation, and I was ultimately just curious how things have turned out?
