Use of gas vs injectable anesthesia

Update. I found a vet that used gas only, but had several really bad reviews from people warning not to take your pets to this vet, so I decided to go back to the first vet that gave my Savannah's their booster shots.

They got the injectable and everything worked out great. Took them really early and picked them up around 3:30 that afternoon, got them home and opened up their carriers and they came right out, had a bite to eat, and started playing, like nothing happened.

I'm really glad you all were able to put my mind at ease about getting this procedure done w/o using the gas. I look forward to sharing more stories and updates with you all and reading your updates as well.

I took my Bengal today to the vet for neutering and asked and signed for no ketamine .
Hope all goes well today.
My SV baby will be next in line in 2 mo for neutering. Pray all is supper.
Happy and well thoughts .

Thank you for this forum
:)

Thanks Patti. I'm really happy things worked out, I was a bit nervous at work and even until I got them home to see how they would re-act when I let them out of their carriers. I was watching them closely for several hours looking for any signs of bad reactions. Yes I was a worried, but then happy cat dad.

Btw I was just checking out your site, so much good information! I'm debating on getting another SV so I'm book marking your site.
