Thank you guys! A little update: he doesn't seem to get better or worse. Took him back to a vet, got blood work results - nothing. Blood is good, but they haven't ruled out inner ear infection entirely. Did xray - everything looks normal, but will find out for sure tomorrow after radiologist looks at it. Jennifer (our vet at Valley View hospital) is great and we try to come up with some solution together, which we like a lot. She even offered to pick him up from our house on her way to work if radiologist requests more xrays. He is eating and drinking, but can't do it without our help (he misses his bowl or sticks his nose to much into it due to disorientation). So at least that is good...So far, it looks like recovery might take a while, but I'm sure we will get thru it 
I'm glad you have a good vet that you like and trust, that is SO important! Hope to read more good news in the coming days too

Also, don't ever be afraid to ask for a specialist referal if jen cannot figure out what is wrong. She will gladly give it, but she's usually good at figuring things out. There is a whole fantastic team standing behind her :D

I would really like to thank you for recommending her in one of your posts. That was the only reason we drove all the way across town to see her. She's been helpful above and beyond. She actually might have found the reason of Master's problems: I guess there is a parasite that's been found in grass they sell at pet stores for kitties. We bought some a month ago, because our female, Margo, started chewing on our loofahs and got pretty thick one day when she ate a big enough chunk. We are starting treatment tomorrow and hoping he will recover without much permanent damage
It's been pretty stressful and frustrating few days, blood work, xrays, everything we did seemed to get us further and further from figuring out what is wrong with Master. Hopefully we finally found the answer...

Update: Ended up taking Master to LA. Vegas doesn't have neurologist, as it turned out. We did an MRI earlier this week (used "human" clinic). Next day we were told Master has a tumor. Our vet - Jennifer - didn't agree/like the diagnosis and started looking for a second opinion. That's how we ended up going to LA and getting another MRI, spinal tap and a whole bunch of stuff for over $3000. Waiting for results now, but the comforting news are: they are 99% positive he doesn't have a tumor. I don't want to make any more assumptions and just going to wait till we have the results to post a final diagnosis. He seems to be better. Oh yeah, I haven't posted about seizures...we had those for two days earlier this week. At some point as often as every 45 minutes. This whole week has been a one big blur, but I think we are getting better. He's on prednisolone right now and it seems to help. Oh yeah, right eye doesn't really see anything. He has a lot of inflammation on the left side of his brain, that's where all the troubles with right side are coming from: circling to the left, head tilt, blindness etc...
That sounds dramatic and stressful and exhausting just reading it :-( Having been through some of that kind of stress recently with Zari I understand how scary it is to have your beloved pet be so ill and just want to help them. The second opinion sounds worth it... I hope the pred continues to help Master. I hope you get good info from the results and the diagnosis makes more sense to you and to your great vet.... best wishes and paws crossed for positive news this week!
