What Food Processor for Raw Batches?

Yeah....I get it about the pork. We only started using it a year ago. I understand why people should not eat raw pork and somehow it tainted my opinion of using it with the furkids for the longest time. But, they always devour it.

I remove fat from meat and freeze it to use in cat food. Pork fat, beef fat and turkey skin. Jammu is allergic to chicken so that is out. I would add butter as Rafiki loves it but Jammu, not so much. Same thing goes for the coconut oil.

Oh, smart, thank you - I'll save that fat from now on! Butter?! Bear loves butter, hopefully Ninja agrees. Funny thing about chicken, Ninja won't touch it raw, but will eat it cooked.

Also, I did some research on pork -meat raised in the US is supposedly trichinella free since 2005 due to mandatory vaccinations, but imported/foreign raised pork is still a danger.

We are lucky here, there's a market that has just about everything - all well-raised and local. Move to Oregon!

I’m heading the other direction in a few years. Not sure why we can’t get some decent pig farmers around here.

We are usually in the 90-120lb range. Dooley’s food also has boiled potatoes in it so we also need to mess around preparing them and getting them cooled down.
