A moggie is a non-pedigreed cat. As for ocelli, that is not specific to the Savannah, domestic cats can have ocelli as well.
A cat breed is not defined by it's coat or color, but by its unique structure - so for the Savannah what you are looking for is a triangular head with very little whisker pads, eyes that are medium in size and flat on top, ears that are large sitting on top of the head, a wide nose bridge with puffy nose leather, long neck, long body, long legs, and a short thick tail. Of course there are many 'imperfect' Savannahs when compared to their standard (a written description of the ideal Savannah) and it's very possible that your kittens could have some Savannah blood in them
