I have a pillowtop mattress and my female bun has peed on it a couple times I have a wet vac had to scrub and soak a couple times to get it clean. vinegar is a lifesaver in those cases same for my couch. I do like hearing that friends and family don't know I have pets because of how. Clean I keep things. But I don't enjoy scrubbing furniture by any means lol. when I get my new mattress I will surely invest in a "liquid resistant" cover. By the way I'm not sure vinegar removes everything at least not on the first try. Any recommendations? Vinegar is awesome for windows sinks toilets and floors. I don't have to worry about chemicals harming my pets. But I think I need something for emergencies that's. a little stronger

Bekki I can't wait to see pictures of your precious baby! Mojo showed up yesterday evening-all growls & & a hiss; then a he plopped over like rag doll & said "You wouldn't believe the day I've had, 26 hour ride!" Goes to the vet tomorrow & I let them do all the testing they want so I know the cat is good & healthy. Eddie got a perfect score & I expect the same for Mojo. Thank you Trish for posting him! Tigger (being a Bengal) has never met a stranger, Mojo included.

I think a waterproof mattress protector is a good investment....

I'm not a believer in vinegar for removing urine smells completely. I use either Anti Icky Poo or Unique Distributors Odor Eliminator.

I'll put pictures in Eddies album tonight but they aren't near as beautiful as Wasabis photos!
Just got back from the vet & I think the vet was more scared than Mojo,lol. Clean bill of health as expected & Mojo didn't hiss at anybody although he growled alot...
