Yuki at emergency vet

I think when one cat is ill AND comes back from the vet smelling strange...then these kinds of things can happen. You may do better separating them until Yuki is feeling better?

Paz is typically the door greeter for those returning from the vet. He headbutts whichever cat steps out of the carrier to say he missed them.

He started in on Yuki yesterday morning and she had been home from the emergency vet for 16 hours.

I think he is getting jealous of Yuki getting to eat separately from him and thinks she is somehow getting extra when in reality if she ate like Paz, she would be a round ball of fur in no time.

LOL, I'll bet Yuki was quite the eye-catcher in the back window there! So glad she's now on antibiotics, I'm sure she'll be 100% in no time. Paz's behavior is very likely because she smells 'funny' after spending time at the vet's - this is not an uncommon occurrence.

Sorry, I just read your other post - I still suspect that Paz senses, or smells something 'off' with Yeti - although you could be right and it could all be a jealousy issue... poor Yeti...
