Thank you so VERY much everyone! :) Sarah and I are super happy that he is coming to a loving home. Dawn is such a nice lady and she felt really bad for both us and the kitty. I can't wait to bring him home tonight and show you all his pictures ;) Thanks for everyone's help last night through my hard time too. Many of you made me feel so much better. Now I get to rip open these boxes and finish setting up his room before I head to work! LOL!

Paul, I just came across this thread and must say you have been on quite an emotional roller coaster! I'm excited your boy is coming home and can't wait to hear about him!

OMG! So it worked out after all :)

Are you going to get pet insurance for him you think?

Susan- Yes, definitely quite the emotional roller coaster. But it ended on a high note, so we are all very happy. :)

Alisha- I didn't know there was such thing as pet insurance. I will have to do some research on that. :)

Paul, I know Trupanion has an exclusionary clause...they are the best - I have used them for 3 years now and they saved me about $6500...

I have petplan and so far so good. They cover hereditary conditions, but do exclude pre existing conditions... so you would have to sign up before your vet finds anything wrong first.

Got it. So I should check them out and sign up before his vet visit? I just got to work, so I will look at them in my free time. If anyone else has any info on the pet insurance, that would be helpful. Thank you
