Patti, Any luck with the removal of the mop attachment?

I swear the thing makes me feel like I'm not that bright. I have to look at the instructions repeatedly to figure things out and then they interchange a word and a symbol repeatedly with the programming instruction. It is however doing a great job of picking up dirt.

Uh no - I came home from work the other day and it was dead. I haven't had time to pull out the paperwork to see if it is something I did, or if there is a warranty on it..

Hi Patti, I had the same issue and it had ran the battery all the way down. I noticed that you could plug the BOBSweep directly in using the provided ac Adapter cord. After leaving it plugged in for a few minutes, it went back on the charger and performed as normal this morning.

I certainly don't need to think this hard about the Roomba to get it to do its job, although the amount of dirt they pick up seems to be about the same. The Roomba doesn't suck up cords, doesn't get hung up on the wayward cat toy and just completes the tasks without much intervention.

I did try to plug it in directly but wanted to see the lights come on immediately, not thinking that the battery was actually dead. I will try again when i get home tonight and be more patient this time!
