Breeder interaction with Buyers

I hate phone calls. Hate them. But I make them to my kitten buyers here and there- I always tend to end up talking to you at least once (at least) before baby goes home via the phone. BUT I also send LOOOONG emails, so that makes up for it, yes?

Paige is right. It is imperative to communicate with your potential buyers, I do it every day at work. I magine how much more important it is when you are dealing with animals and future homes. I cannot understand breeders that have you waiting for 4 days ( average ) to reply an email.

Long emails with descriptions work just fine when there is no time for calls :)

I agree and 5-10 min. call is not too much to ask when people are paying you good money....plus you figure you want get a feel for the person you are dealing with...be it the buyer or breeder...And to repsond to a text or email takes little time, same goes for a few photos with the cell phone... If I dont get some response soon...I may have to make other arrangements...As a cop, I am always speculative..job hazzard. ;)

a long email would be great with a pic or two...but a one liner response does not work for me

Especially since my kittens will not be going anywhere for another 6 weeks...I would never expect my buyers to receive no pictures and no communication other than a one liner.
