Juba's testicles were the size of peas. The vet laughed when she neutered him. Taji's were cantaloupes and he loved to stick his butt in my face to show them off. I had my revenge.

One the other side of the coin, I once had a male kitten sent to me with his belly shaved because the breeder's vet had a brain fart and didn't pay attention to the chart on neuter day. Luckily no cutting was done. When I told the story to my vet, she admitted that she'd done it too a few times on crazy busy surgery days.
Love your stories ha ha

Thank You so much for your info, not easy to have good reliable info on the colors. They are so different the BST coat colors (and textures), and have all the same term.
I was looking for more info about shaded and smoke (love smoke). Not a lot around.
Agreed, there is a huge range between a very warm toned BST and the very cool toned charcoal type BST! My vet hospital laughs when I bring in kittens and they say "what color?" knowing it is always the same answer no matter what difference between kittens!

Nice boy !!! Thank you for you answers, he is not as contrasted as my other BST, but getting better
Depending on the "way" you look at him. Sometimes the spots are nice, sometimes look faded depending on the angle i suppose. It is worse in the direct sun.

Thank you :) He is an F7A and sired his first litter (my avatar kitten is his).

Your boy is very nice! I think the spots always look better in pics taken from behind, not straight on or from the front, and you are right about the sunlight or any bright light. Your boy has nice darkly contrasted legs., and a good spotting pattern :)

LOL! My vet office asks me the same question, too!

OMG it's a good thing I have two studs, can't wait that long !!!
He is so lovely boy and lap cat. Super silent cat, short soft miaw. So nice to be around him and he jumps like crazy. I would love to have kittens from this gentle boy. Love his caracter.
I won't spay him for now... he doesn't spray (never caught him on the fact, but still young).

Thank You Pam for your compliment for my young gentleman.

Always wise to have a plan B (actually I am a fan of also having a plan C &/or D when it comes to Savannah male fertilty!)... some can come to their studliness later in life, some just never do.

One thing to note is that an F7C can be the same serval % as an F5A and we had ~10% infertility at that %... so when we try our F5Cs etc we really are gambling with the fertility gods! So saying that, Kristine and I (we share studs) have had fertile F5C and F5SBT males...just we didn't keep them as our only choice :)
