Not sure at all how well his spots will hold up into adulthood. My guess is apparent to the eye, but difficult to photograph. With a ring flash I'm sure you can capture them no matter how subtle they are.

Spots or not just happy this is finally getting wrapped up and we'll be bringing a buddy for Chongo home.

Here's a quick phone shot of "Nifty" on the ride home. He was in the carrier the whole way while we were moving and we stopped about once an hour to let him out and about in the vehicle. Didn't meow as much as Chongo did on the ride, and was a pretty good passenger.
