Diarrhea and Peeing issues

Prayers going out to you all... I agree with Paige and feel this is more of an illness an a Vet call is in order as soon as possible... I do not remember when you got him, but if recent, a call to the breeder may be in order.

Breeder has been involved and very supportive which I appreciate. Gave some suggestions and possible causes which have been covered by you helpful people in this thread. Im going to do a vet run tomorrow... made chicken and rice with a bit of broth for moisture and hes gobbling it up. Will see how stool is over next day or so...

Yes, there is more moisture in boiled chicken and rice than in dry kibble so he might well drink less because of that. The suggestion to add the chicken broth is a good one. I often make this up by by getting ground chicken at Whole Foods (where they tell you how long ago it was ground) and then add a lot of water to boil into a cooked soupy mess. I probably add less rice than 2 parts chicken to 1 part rice... probably more like 3 to 1.
Storing in the fridge is good, just remember not to store more than a few days' worth that way...you don't need the chicken to start spoiling or anything!
The way you started changing his diet sounds fine, I guess either it was too soon and his system hadn't settled from the move yet OR there is another cause to the problem and stool testing is in order...
Although I would not recommend trying to change his diet so quickly, after hearing how things developed I not quite sure at all that his diarrhea has anything to do with his diet. A vet check is definitely in order. Also, he is losing a lot of fluid with the diarrhea, so anything you can do to get him to drink more would be good - additional broth, etc. It may have already been said, but kittens can get dehydrated very quickly.
BTW, don't use canned chicken broth unless you can find one that doesn't add salt, onions and garlic to it...

using the water i boiled the chicken in... hes eating it all up and drinking the broth thats mixed in. Dont want to over feed it to him so portioning it out. No diarrhea since i started feeding it to him. Also adding fortiflora to it as well... will see what happens overnight

Good, just wanted to mention that just in case... the broth from the chicken is perfect Paws crossed that he does well from now on!
