Does she have the polydactyl front paws? The dew claws on the picture the breeder took extend pretty far down. Also, it looks like there could be a very small extra toe on the right between the normal toes and the dew claw.

I wondered about that, figured if they took a pic of this kitten in the same pose that would be able to be compared...

She does look polydactyl in that pic.

I just put 2 deposits on 2 kittens last week from Domestic Wild Cats. After reading above I'm very concerned to say the least. I'm supposed to get them in July and I'm very worried about getting unhealthy cats. :-( I'm sure hoping that this is a thing of the past and they have gotten everything in order. I wish that I had seen savannahcatchat forum before I made my decision. I had a f2 & f4 Savannah several years ago & went through a divorce. They went with the ex wife & kids. I wanted to have a pair of my own & was really hoping to have a good experience. What's crazy, I got a bad cat from F1hybrids years ago & it was sick from day one. Multiple trips to the vet & it died of FIP so I should have known to do more research.

When I got the kitten he was 14 weeks old. He died approximately 6 months later. At the time F1hybrids was in Kentucky & we drove from Mississippi to pick him up. Michelle was no help at all & said it was my savannahs that got him sick. Luckily, we quarantined him & keep him completely away from the others. As soon as he got home with us his stool was runny and never cleared up. Was a big mess & we did everything we could with the vets to save him. We were devastated loosing him. My kids took it really hard. I have no doubt that Michelle knew. At the time I had asked about having him shipped to me & said that she wouldn't. Make sense because he wouldn't have passed the health certificate to fly.

I may try doing that. I just wonder if she has gotten things in order. It seemed that everyone was having problems with the offspring of Goat and he has since been retired.

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear that...runny stools though do not indicate FIP - usually it is Giardia, TriTrich or some other kind of parasite...BUT...I would walk away from Domestic Wildcats
