I can't take the cute!! Nyah's face reminds me of Zeddie's p/o face and Kovu reminds me of the goofy dogs in daycare who don't get the hint

Thank you! Kovu has been all legs since day 1 it seems! He is 8 months now and is pretty darn gangly. He seems to be following the SV trend of growing up year one, and waiting to fill out year 2 and 3. He is still going through growth spurts, I swear he grew last night. I haven't weighed him lately, I need to do that. I have tried numerous times to measure him, but that is mission impossible and results in the measuring tape being stolen and used as a banner to fly in the wind as he runs around the house at Mach 80.
Nyah grew quite a bit between 6 and 12 months, but was never as gangly as Kovu is! She also has made it known she isn't standing still for any measuring silliness.
Tycen sent me a picture, I have left to go back to Buffalo and my children are all rebelling. Here is a shot of Kovu and Nyah not keeping their paws to themselves and starting a slap fight across daddy. Nyah is an expert on making airplane ears.
Ooohhh... Love those airplane ears.. What did daddy think of that also fest?

He, of course, took Princess Nyah's side. He did say that if it looked like he was going to suffer collateral damage he would have the cats work through their disagreement elsewhere! But Kovu backed down and moved to another part of the bed.
Maliik was catching some sun on the kitty lounger and Juba dropped by for a grooming session.

I am in the middle of another negotiations, so had to work late tonight. Ty was getting the baby ready for bed and gave her a bath. Nyah parked herself in the kids' bathroom watching Ty the whole time! Here she is asking him if he has been properly trained in bathing children:
