Hi Paige, yes, I couldn't log into my previous account, and password resets didn't work. Sent an email via the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the site but no response all of yesterday, so just created this new account.

I think it had something to do with associating the original account to facebook, then de-associating it and wanting to set a password, but no password was saved properly, and I'd associated it back to facebook but it didn't get fixed. Please feel free to delete or inactivate my prior account called 'MARS'
