I'm super late to this thread, and didn't read all the replies...I'm from Ontario as well..Hamilton area. My girl Zeddie is from Christine and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Zeddie is my best friend and came home extremely well socialized. Christine has always answered questions that I've had. Zeddie is incredibly sweet, but she stubborn and bossy. Jimmy, my male, is much more laid back and easy going, although he has taught Zeddie some naughty things

The cat show in Hamilton is kinda crap, no Savannahs there. They do have some really great cat toys though that are cheap. Too bad I'm away this year...Zeddie will not be happy that she won't get 5 new 'indestructible' toys.

I haven't met the breeder yet, but we did finally get a change to talk not to long ago and they helped clear up some questions for me, and now I've got a better idea of what I need to prepare for. Everyone seems to have great things to say about them, I'm so excited to have found an awesome cattery!

I'm really hoping that they will be at the cat show so I can meet the breeder, and a few of their cats as well.

Whiskyness, I have only ever had girls! So I am very excited for my first boy, I hear they are much more easy going in general. I am hoping to get my prince sometime this summer! Already buying toys and etc. I cannot wait for my first Savannah baby.

I'm doing the same thing! Every once in a while I buy a little toy to help fight off the kitten fever.

I'm hoping to adopt in the summer as well! What generation were you looking at?

I bought the Savannah Cat Book and it is even better than I expected, but what has been really helping with my kitten fever is this forum. Checking for unread comments and such.. :p

Also counting down the days to email the breeder again.. Only so much she can say until the kittens are born though. I just want to follow up and see how the mother is doing.

I am waiting for an F2. I want all the personality and mischievousness. :3. It's almost weird how excited I am for some savandalism. Haha.

Anyone know where I can buy the cat tunnels. I have s small one but I want to get a longer one as my cat just loves that thing!

Kim, you should post this question in a new thread. I'm not sure cat tunnels have been addressed in great detail before, or at least by themselves. I've had the best luck with tunnels made for human kids and/or dog agility courses; they are made much sturdier than a lot of tunnels for cats. Ikea makes one for kids and pets that is very sturdy and quite a bit larger in diameter..there are several available on Ebay right now:
