Almost! At the very least, you will constantly sniff yourself covertly at work and out in public, and ask your closest friends and family if you smell like cat piss...

how much worse is it compared to a spraying rabbit?

Does a spraying rabbit smell like skunk in your house? Because that is how pungent an intact male cat's urine can be. Even if they use the litterbox mostly your house will smell like them....

How is his half brother?!

My breeding partner Kristine (Gattobello SVs) and I owned a Flashdance son, Rocco, also...he was the sweetest boy alive and now he is neutered he is an adored pet down in LA... but as an intact male he was a terrible hoser and the stinkiest cat we'd ever met. I don't know how much of it is genetic though, as Rocco's son Mmaneo was not a sprayer...

FWIW, I have toured my breeder's facility, both the original and the state of the art cattery. And Pam Flachs may be understating the smell of male cats who spray. Pungent, very pungent. And that's in breeding areas that are easily hosed down frequently. I can't imagine what any carpeted area or upholstered furniture would smell like after a while. I couldn't wait to neuter the boys.
Oh yes, when I first started breeding my husband and I visited a local Savannah breeder's home (she also had Bengals). She opened the door and JN leaned towards me to whisper "please tell me our house is not going to smell like that!"...and that was without setting foot in there! It was awful...

Much as I love my boys, when they are intact they can't stay in the house... it's just not livable..
