Ya know how sometimes a cat likes to gnaw on the corner of wooden furniture.... scuff it up a bit?
One of the spotted wonders gnawed on the corner of the 11 month old 65" 4K TV and busted the screen!
Apparently one of them must have been reading the Atticus diary!:censored::mad:

Does the warrantee cover chewing?

Tell me you took a picture of that poor t.v. Please.

And I’m sorry for laughing so hard because that’s hilarious. Oops, I mean, because that must suck...

I am glad I was not the only one thinking that. I just was a bit chicken to ask.
Xander had a go at chewing the power cord for a new set of LED fog lights before I got them installed.
I think that trick is to keep the soft squishy wires and cords hidden from him.

No, I didn't take a picture. I didn't want to encourage further investigation by the perpetrator. The TV still works. It's the picture that is no longer pure. There is a gray horizontal linear shading, 1/8 inch wide, starting 2 inches from the bottom and repeating every 1/4" all the way to the top. If you stand back about 12 feet, it mostly disappears. At 6 feet, its very noticeable. There is a blossom of messed up pixels in the lower left side and a focus point where the tooth did it's damage and cracked the glass.

So, I don't need this twice. Amazon has some hard plastic corner protectors meant for children to not bump into them. Those arrived today. They are going onto the new TV. The wife is putting some "no more chew" on the protectors. Works on horses, let's see if it works on these beasts. The cabinet below the TV is being pulled away from the wall mounted unit so the spotted sh*ts can't get a good position to try this again.

The real issue was a thin TV. Never thought that would bite me in the @$$.

Oh, I almost forgot to add. I don't care what that hack cat lawyer John Campbell says, this is Savandalism! And it's one of the Commando Gang members!

Well I got back from a work trip last night. I left on Tuesday AM. I had a friend take care of the cats and
Bella knows him but Xander does not know him that well. Needless to say Xander only came out to eat
once he was gone. I walked in the door last night and Bella was wandering down to meet me. Xander on
the other hand had to be called down . When he stuck his head out of the room upstairs and he got a look
of me he slowly came down and was a tad bit standoffish. Bella was all into licking and head butting me.
I had to pick Xander up to get him to settle down and un-fluff. Bella was in the happy fluff mode and I think
her being fluffed up may be why Xander was. What really settled Xander down was a game of chase the
laser pointer. he does like to chase that and was even chittering at it as we played.

All in all I am happy to be home and not 100% sure on the job at this point. Maybe I will talk it over with the cats.
