I just wanna say... A random comments thread

Pan does a lot of blending in.
EDIT : In reference to Pan With the other cats that is.

Well wouldn't you know I had all four cats in the room with me.
Started out well and then I thought it was going to get exciting.
I am literally sitting in the middle of a cat fight.
My two girl kitties are in the room with the Bella one on top of the bed the and Athena
under the bed. Tails are calm and ears up so things are calm at the moment.

Bella is really starting to be a good cat. She is starting to come when called. But Ido
cheet a bit. I found a threat that she LOVES and started giving that to her when I call her.
Works really well. The stuff is freeze dried whitefish. It has a strong fish sent to is and that
helps to get her to come and get it.

Now for the bad news. The water bed is leaking in two places and I am sure it Pan that is doing the damage.
So I guess I have to find something to keep him from digging between the mattress and the frame or I try claw caps.

Has anyone used the claw caps and how well or bad did they work?

Glad to hear everyone is in same room with no issues, hope this is a sign of things to come, sounds like treats are the way to win Queen Bella over. re/nail caps, I personally don't have any experience of using them and really don't know how safe they are to be honest, hopefully others on here may be able to advise.

The Queen of the house and the fights start with the Princess gets going with hissing and growling.
I don't think Bella is the one starting things. But she is the one doing the big reaction.

well it offical Pan is a Goof Ball. He will take a piece of freeze dried whitefish
out of the bowl and then set it down He will them take a swat at it like it a soccer ball
and spend the next 5 minutes playing with it. If he happens to knock it
under something he cant reach under he waits at me to get his food toy back.

Silly cat. OOPS make that Large silly cat. He is working on being a porker.

I hope everyone's kitties are doing okay with all the noise the last few days.
Mine seem to be a little jumpy. Pan was quite spooked a few times last night.

I am going to make sure that there is a something on TV for distracting sounds.

Atticus spent the night hiding, the other 3 were fine. We had a huge t-storm with lots of wind and hail on Saturday and the big guy hid during that too. It tickles my funny bone that the huge beastie boy is the biggest fraidy cat.

Pan was a bit spooked. Xander got his front claws trimmed. Pan and Athena came to see what all the noise was about.
Xander was not happy about the dagger trimming. Hiss, spit and growl. He even slapped me once or twice. Then I did
the other two and that was not really much of a problem.

I also found out that Athena sort of likes the fireworks on TV. I sleep in a room with a closed door and woke up to find
her snuggled in next to me. The other cats were with Bella in the laundry room. I guess Athena learned to open doors.
I guess I am going to have to watch that. Good thing the outside doors have deadbolts.
