Judge Rascal Dad: Please throw this case out as this court has no jurisdiction over this matter, because Jax isn't a Savannah.

I thought that he was Savannah... However, we are not racist... We will still represent him!
But you'll need to find a new court to hold the proceedings that has jurisdiction over a feral-born part Siamese medium hair cat who's feral mother voluntarily surrendered him to my brother when he was very ill as a kitten.

Oni and Ziggy, on the other hand, have been ruled as Savannahs by this noble forum, even though only Ziggy has papers, despite both having Bengal blood as well as the royal Serval's running through their veins.

Court is now in session.......
What is this? Specifically, what is the problem in the picture brought forward as evidence? There are three friends of the court testifying the picture is a "normal" savannah domicile. So I ask, "What is the charge (problem)? Really? A guilty savannah sitting in the middle of that? They are smart enough to frame other cats if need be, if there was a problem in the first place. Bring me better evidence!
Court is in recess!
(I'm thirsty. Hey, Witchy, what did you bring back?)

Some further evidence! Later yesterday morning, Rhonda got this little shot of jaxie Boy hiding behind the shower curtain. He spotted the new roll of toilet paper no doubt! For obvious reasons, he's not allowed in the bathroom unsupervised! I think that he was hoping to get shut in the bathroom all day while we were at work. Rampant Distruction! Lol! Had to resort to shutting Regie out of the bathrooms too. Toilet paper is too expensive to end up shredded on the floor. And there is no place to hide it where he cannot get it. sigh.

Your Honor: The defense would like to enter the picture from post 466 in to evidence as defense article 1 that the surroundings are circumstantial and that Jackson (here in known as my client) is a victim of circumstances that he was not witnessed by human eyes to the so call Savandalism that he is accused of... I would also like to bring in to evidence from a well know acquaintance here "Chris Elliott" who states in post 171 and I quote

Judge Rascal Dad: Please throw this case out as this court has no jurisdiction over this matter, because Jax isn't a Savannah.

Thus not being a Savannah he cannot be found guilty of Savandalism... and to think that Jax could tell an untruth is just preposterous, therefore it is obvious without any eye witnesses that my client should be found innocent of all charges. It is obvious by the way he is setting in the evidence "defense article 1" that he only turned around to say hello and he was relaxing watching tv.

The defense would like to have this evidence photo stricken from the record... He is obviously hiding from the other cats that caused all the destruction noted in "defense article 1"

Your Honor,

My charge, Jax (full name), who is not a Savannah and never has been, and never will, and who is only of the tender age of two, was taken into custody by the court marshal and questioned rigorously for hours. This was a clear case of mistaken identity based only on his name, Jax. This cat, who sports few stripes and no spots to speak of, was mortified, and spent much of the night and the day hiding under the bed in embarrassment.

It turns out the real defendant, sporting the pseudonym Jax, is actually Jackson and indeed is a Savannah, spots and all.

The real Jax, not the defendant Jackson, on the other hand, thought the questioning was about his propensity to test gravity, thus causing him to be vague and evasive.

I ask for you, your Honor, to reprimand the court marshal and and further request that Jax be given an apology.

In any case, gravity has not been tested in this house overnight.

Your humble Savannah/mutt of a cat servant,
Chris.
