Let's start with Mr Elliott. I am unaware of just "whom" this "court marshal" is. You do present a potential claim for which you might be able to sue for damages, however this venue is not currently convened for the charges against Jax. Ms. Ambro is the plaintiff, accusing her Jackson of aggravated savandalism in the first degree. Should a case claiming psychological damage upon Jax be presented, you should be prepared to have an expert provide documentary evidence of the alleged damage. It would help if you could put a name to the "court marshall."
Ms. Ambro, the court sympathizes with your distress of the unexpected condition of your household. I do fear you are in the singular minority as claiming this is a horrible injustice placed upon your domestic pride. However, this does not disqualify your claim, per se. In order to press forward your assertion, the court would need eye witness reliable (read - credible) testimony of the actual savandalism, (or the lessor charge of feline domestic vandalism), or electronic surveillance data to prove beyond the shadow of doubt your charge. Candidly, your proffered photographs of said perpetrator, has so far only proven to show a normal Savannah cat all of us are familiar with. All I saw was a Savannah cat playing hide and seek in that photo in the bath tub, a bored cat (really, consider a little play time if you will, to entertain the spotted wonder!), and the common narcissistic attitude that should be entered into the breed standard.
You have proven to my satisfaction that you have incited Counsel Campbell into a tizzy, for which we all know he does not have the mental capacity to believe that a Savannah cat can do any wrong whatsoever. You may be infecting Mr. Elliot as well.

Ms. Ambro, I will give you another chance to prove your assertion, as you do appear distraught over the incident. Be forewarned, this court has had plenty of cases accusing savannahs of savandalism with no known convictions.
