I can't remember if you are giving them probiotics. If not, it's something you should consider. Antibiotics are killing the good bacteria which exacerbates the other symptoms. Mucous is often present with long term diarrhea because of the toll it takes on the intestines regardless of the cause. Putting some good gut flora back won't hurt and can certainly help to repopulate the intestines with good and necessary bacteria.

I didn't give them probiotics thisfar. But my new plan is:
Everyday a little bit of raw chicken, combined with a natural powder that calmes down irritated intestines.
I bought a cleaning product breeders around here had verry good results with. Also 100% biodegradable. I even can clean put it on a wet cloth to wash them a little bit without the struggle of a whole bathroutine (my boyfriend did this today, they didn't like it at all).
And then antibiotics combined with probiotics. Wich one I don't know yet, I first wait untill I have all the results

Maybe if i try to get the diarrea under control, and if I get their stool harder. The Giardia also doesn't spread so much in the house.
And I also can spray the cleaning stuff more times a day in the litterboxes.

Sooo thats the plan

What we usually recommend is to feed cooked chicken and rice for a couple of days. Poach the chicken in water and mix the chicken meat and broth with a little plain rice. Also, I don't know what else you're feeding, but raw chicken alone is not a balanced diet (need the proper ratio of bones and organs too) so it may actually make the problem worse.

I hope you share the results of the tests with us when you receive them. I am curious whether giardia alone is the issue or if there is another culprit at work such as a food allergy.

Here in the US, there can be giardia in the municipal water supply in levels that are deemed safe for humans. Perhaps your tap water is a source of contamination also. For the short term, you might consider using distilled water in their bowls and for any food you prepare for them.

My english is verry bad but I try to explain. We give them applaws grainfree. The dry food.. Don't know the english word for it.
And we gave them the 'wet' food, the ones in sachets every evening. And sometimes as an extra raw chicken. But the last months i didn't give the chicken anymore and also when I didn't give them the wet food their stools got a bit better. So the last weeks they only got the dry applaws thingies..

The first week I got them they also had diarrea and gave them cooked chicken, boiled with rice but that didn't help. And people told me the rice wasn't good for them so that's why I stopped giving that.

Recently I have contact again with their breeder and she advised me to try give them a bit barf mixed chicken in the evening with a little bit of that powder. But since I can't get it here fast I could start with the raw chicken.

She gives that to her savannah's when their stool isn't so hard and she says it helps almost everytime..
So that's why I gave them the chicken with the powder
