Mycoplasma...?

there was no study for Famvir. It was just one of our hopes.
Laboklin offers the test. In january the Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover ordered the test. But in the EDTA blood no coronavirus was found. Maybe the test was too late for us. We are still waiting for the final results of pathology

Latest tests results for Tilly are :herpes virus and coronavirus not isolated, toxoplasmosis unlikely, proteinogram suggestive of acute inflammatory process, immunohistochemistry for coronavirus still pending.
The hospital thinks that FIP is the most likely diagnosis.
As Tilly is not getting better with the tablets she takes and she has not have much of a cat life the last 2 weeks, she will be put to sleep later today. Ah! Devastating!
Would you advise to do a post mortem to make sure of Fip?
Thanks again for all your help

I am so sorry.
I personally would do a post mortem. We did and got the results today: it was FIP. We did it because we have 2 other cats.

So Tilly is gone to sleep for ever.
It is so hard!
I won't do the post mortem , I would have had to take her dead body to Hatfield vet hospital to do it.
I am not strong enough for that journey.
Still waiting for Glasgow vet hospital to give us some results.
I think they will tell us enough.
It is so sad! She will be missed lots.
