That's too bad. Can't you give her cuttlebone, or is that not reliable enough to ensure she gets the proper amount of daily calcium supplement? Maybe add it to her food as a powder?

I've tried cuttlebone with her before, but she just threw it. The biggest problem with parrots is that its hard to tell what they are eating. They throw so much food around, and take a few bites here and there, and if they don't like something they will eat around it or not touch their pellets

Yeah, that makes sense - I remember when I had my Gray, he made a constant mess with his food strewn all over the room. It's been a looong time since I had a parrot...

Yeah haha that's why they have a room devoted to them. Messy kids....and my grey is so dusty!! There are so many layers of dust on her cage! She needs more showers but she hates them
