Now Presenting: Yuki and Yeti

Jim I am so incredibly happy for you and I'd lift a glass to salute Yuki and Yeti if I wasn't already half in the bag.

Also your wordsmithing will be very welcome here and it certainly will be great to hear the tails of these two as they grow up. So what the hell, I'll fill up my glass again and salute Yeti and Yuki! Also a special salute to you and so admirably making the best of a less than desirable situation.

I am sitting slightly hunched over with Yuki laying along my shoulders quietly resting. At one point I thought she might have been snoring.

Within arms reach Yeti is stretched out, no, now curled up.

I think it might be bedtime, but extricating myself from Yuki might prove problematic. Once my sleeping pill kicks in I'm doomed. :)

This morning as I was transiting the door out of the safe room, my orange boy Paz, and Yuki got a look at one another from about 3 to 4 feet apart. There were no hystrionics. No growls, no posturing, only each seeing the other cat they knew was beyond the door.

I pulled the door against my foot to leave a couple inches of viewing space and eventually Yuki just turned to go back to her previous activity.

If that stays true then familiarizing them will be a breeze.
