Hopefully switching back to the old litter will resolve any issues. You can eventually try to switch to the type you prefer to use, but I would first wait a couple of weeks until she settles in well, then gradually transition over by placing a little of the new to the old, then adding a little more each day or so while decreasing the amount of old in the box. If at any time she seems resistant to the change I would back off and start again going slower.
