And I was wondering why Kilifi had a sort of obsession for lights. She is always pawing the table lamps. ( I have CFLs so they are not hot.)
CFL's VERY VERY BAD... Use extreme caution... When I worked in Salisbury, MD there was a news article about the dangers of them. One guy changed one of the light bulbs

ed... Accidentally dropped one and it of course broke. He then got a piece of glass out of his foot, and rinsed it out with Water and Alcohol. Later that night he was woke up with foot pain and had to call 911.
The problem was the Mercury that was in the bulb was now in his foot. He lost his middle tow and his foot was split in too 2" behind the center tow. This was in the local newspaper, and I am not sure why this is not a major concern item... The Mercury in those bulbs make them very very bad...
Now imagine one of Savannahs getting cut, biting into a piece of it when we are not looking. This could be quite deadly.... I WILL NOT allow these things into my house.....
