I have several LED bulbs in my lamps and they are bright as anything...they will not burn out fir years and I love them!

We have LED aquarium lighting and those bulbs are BRIGHT! CREE Leds are the best I have found, to the degree that some of them hurt my eyes. We have fixtures with red, green, purple, and blue LEDs as well as the soft white. By changing the optics you really do get a better color range.
That said, I need to know what LEDs you re using in your lamps Paige, the ones I have in my plain old lamps stink!

Regarding the previous cat-on-a-ciling fan post, we may actually have a photo of D on the one in our bedroom. Will check.
I definitely have one of him balancing on the bathroom door.

I just looked at the product line for CREE and they have some really cool stuff. High (CRI Color Rendering Index) lamps and a huge variety. I'm going to need to do some more digging, but I'm real happy with anything in the 90s for CRI, and I'd be OK with a light in the 80s if it was over 1,000 Lumens.

OK, Dino has now taken to drowning his Monkey before bringing it to me. I had thought it was just an accident the first two times he woke me up with his wet monkey, but now it appears that he with intent and purpose gives the monkey a good drink before he brings him around.

Perhaps it's some sort of primitive cantina so he doesn't need to retreat to his water bowl. Whatever it is not welcomed much at 4am by me and a whole lot less by Trish. The good news, is the baptism isn't occurring at the porcelain altar as that would put a quick end to Dino's bestie.

The symbolism is obvious. By 'washing his monkey' the poor fellow is trying to shake his habit and get clean. As suggested before, maybe the mouse-adone clinic would help.

I use CREE bulbs that I buy from Home Depot. I buy the 90-100 watt equivalents...
